‘Amory 7makara’ Development Plots Officially Open for Sale

One of Cambodia largest property firms has officially announced the launch of sales for the ‘Amory 7Makara’ development project, according to their press release.

Over the weekend, real estate firm Amory announced the opening of the sale of ‘Amory 7Makara’ located along 7 Makara Street, which connects National Highway No 6 to Oknha Ly Yong Phat and links to National Road 5.

The ‘Amory 7Makara’development project will feature the sale of residential building and land plots in the heart of the 32-hectare plot of land.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony that was attended by about 100 potential customers at the Red Dragon Restaurant, SounVireakdara, CEO of the company, said that “the location of the project appears to be at a potential intersection between the commercial and residential areas of other developments and it is surrounded by natural creeks, adding another attraction to the project”.

“When the country’s economic growth is strong, our people will also benefit from it, making the number of middle-income earners to grow as well. As a result, Amory has taken its step to play a significant role in helping people who are able to invest in small and medium-sized real estate,” he added.

After putting the project on sale and selling out 50%, the company will sell the project phase by phase with the first phase offering four options; namely 5 x 20 metre plots (option 1), 10 x 20 metre plots (option 2), 20 x 30 metre plots (option 3), and hybrid villas measuring 5 x 12 metres.

Amory is a real estate service company with businesses ranging from selling and renting residential and commercial properties, selling investment projects, real estate valuations, property research, and providing property consultation.
