11 Beaches in Cambodia Selected as Most Beautiful in 2022

11 beaches in Cambodia have been selected as the most beautiful beaches in 2022, of which six are excellent and five are intermediate. 

The beaches have been selected from  27 nominal beaches in Cambodia during the celebration of the 9th Sea Festival on 8 December. 

According to Mr Mom Bovil, Secretary of the Working Group on Beach Monitoring and Evaluation of the General Committee of the National Committee for Coastal Management and Development of Cambodia (NCRC), the working group inspected and evaluated 27 beaches in the coastal provinces of Cambodia, including six in Kep, five in Koh Kong and 16 in Sihanoukville. 

After the inspection, the team decided that six beaches that were ranked beautiful and clean beaches. Two of them are in Kep province (Kep beach and Koh Tonsay beach) and four are in Sihanoukville (Sokha Ochheuteal Beach, Otres Beach and Paradise Beach). 

There are five immediate beautiful beaches including one in Koh Kong (Mangrove beach) and four Sihanoukville beaches  (Ekareach beach, Sok San beach, Koh Rong beach and Prasat beach).
