Cambodian Gambling Management Commission breaks ground construction for modern building 

The Cambodian Gambling Management Commission broke ground on the construction of its modern building located in Samdech Pan (214) Street, Boeung Reang commune, Daun Penh district.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on April 5 under the presidency of HE Dr Aun Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Finance and Chairman of the Cambodian Gambling Management Commission with the participation of officials of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

Built under Kim Mech Construction and Investment Co Ltd, the construction will take 24 months with Legacy Design Co., Ltd is granted to design and quality control of construction.

The 18-storey building with a total construction area of 8,000 square meters is a modern style building, divided into office rooms, meeting halls, technical rooms and canteen floor, and equipped with a building security system and parking system (Car Lift).

The building will serve for management and a collection of services that are comfortable, luxurious and fast to the operator.

The Cambodian Gambling Management Commission has given out 88 licenses for various casinos in the last year.
