CDC approves investment projects worth US$17.6m in Takeo and K.Speu

The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) has given permits to three private firms to invest a total of US$17.6 million in establishing three factories in Takeo and Kampong Speu provinces.

The first firm is “PENGJIAO (CAMBODIA) INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD”, which will invest US$7 million to establish a garment factory located in Samrong village, Sophy commune, Bati district, Takeo province.

The second firm is “ZHONG SHAN TENG FEI (CAMBODIA) PACKAGING MATERIAL CO., LTD”, which will invest US$5.5 million to establish a packaging factory located in Tuol Sambo village, Damnak Reang commune, Udong district, Kampong Speu province.

The third firm is “SSH CB SUSTAINABLE FASHION CO., LTD”, which will invest US$5.1 million to establish a garment factory located in Prey Sala village, Roleang Kreul commune, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province.

According to the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), the three new projects will create 6,482 jobs.
