Annual Cambodia Construction Industry Expo of Cambodia Constructors Association Kicks Off

The annual Construction Industry Exhibition has kick starts under participation of delegates of public and private representative.

Organized by the Cambodia Constructor Association (CCA) chaired by Neak Oknha Pung Kheav Se, the Cambodia Construction Industry Exhibition this year has returned bigger and better.

The Cambodia Construction Industry Expo 2018 kicks off preside by Deputy Prime Minister H.E Chea Sophara, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC); Neak Oknha Pung Kheav Se, Chairman of Canadia Bank and Chairman of the Cambodia Constructor Association (CCA), as well as many local and international delegates.

This three-day international event from November 29 to December 1, 2018, is joined by 186 companies from the construction industry related companies who will display their products and services totaling to about 310 booths. In addition, this 5th exhibition will feature more than 600 products, of which the products are locally produced as well as imported product from many countries across the world.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, H.E Chea Sophara expressed his support for the event, which has contributed to promoting trade, and the development of the construction sector in Cambodia.

“With the development of high and modern buildings it is important that Cambodia needs to have quality construction technology and modern equipment with high quality and standard in order to facilitate the high quality and safety construction,” he said.

Meanwhile, Neak Oknha Pung Keav Se also said that the exhibition created an opportunity for companies as well as other businesses in the construction industry in Cambodia to come to and network with each other to push for trade directly and closely as well as to know more about the demand and supply of products available in the construction market.

In addition, this exhibition is also contributing to promoting and Cambodia’s trade, and the development and growth in the country’s construction sector.
