The event witnessed a significant increase in the number of participants from both local and international industrial players, proving that the Kingdom’s construction and real estate sectors are becoming the more attractive to different kinds of investors around the region.

The five-star gala dinner at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra welcomed some 360 guests who traveled from various parts of the Kingdom and overseas to celebrate the property industry, with 26 awards presented to the best of the best in the local real estate scene.

Overall, 27 Winners and 30 Highly Commended companies were recognised by the independent panel of judges for excellence in development, design, and outstanding business practices. More than 50 eligible entries were received by the organisers this year, nearly doubling last year’s submissions.
