Borey Peng Huot Group Invests Usd60 Mn in Another Mall South of Phnom Penh

PH Diamond Place Mall

PH Diamond Place Mall, another shopping mall by Borey Peng Huot Group, has begun construction following the ground breaking ceremony on the weekend of 24 March presided over by H.E. Senior Minister Chea Sophara, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction together with the Borey Peng Huot Group management team.

Located south of Phnom Penh along Hun Sen Boulevard, the mall is being constructed on about 6 hectares of land with an investment of USD60 million. The mall will serve as an international-standard shopping centre with the total construction area of more than with 30,000 square metres of Gross leasable area (GLA), plus parking spaces of 3,600 vehicles.

PH Diamond Place is part of The Star Diamond mixed development project that is spread over 40 hectares and features residential buildings, condos, offices and other amenities of the award-winning developer Borey Peng Huot.

Scheduled to be completed by 2020, PH Diamond Place is the second shopping mall project by Borey Peng Huot Group, the first of which is the PH Eco Mall that broke ground in December 2017.
