Luxury Japanese INAX Toilets Proving Popular With Developers

The development of the construction sector has created a surge in demand for construction materials in Cambodia, and created an influx of high quality materials from countries across the globe.

In particular, construction materials imported from Japan have attracted attention from construction companies and real estate developers in Cambodia due to their outstanding quality and the use of modern technology in their production.

Japanese luxury toilet manufacturer INAX is now advancing itself to another level using the latest technology with a long-lasting guarantee on usage.

This latest technology uses Aqua Ceramic material, which is different from ordinary ceramic materials used for normal toilets. Aqua Ceramic is a smooth material equipped with stain-repellant prevention making sure the bowl stays fresh and gleams for up to 100 years.

As a result, construction companies and real estate developers in Cambodia are beginning to focus on INAX toilets and INAX toilets have been installed in some well-known building projects in Cambodia. Ms Sam Ratanak, General Manager for HSC Décor Center Co., Ltd, the sole importer and distributor of INAX sanitary equipment in Cambodia, told Construction&Property Magazine that many construction companies and developers showed interest in INAX toilets at their booth at the recent CCA-organised construction exhibition.

“We do not really focus on retail, we are pushing for projects, like for INAX products, we have been supplying the Aeon 1 and Aeon 2 shopping mall projects,” she said.

Besides INAX products, HSC Décor Center Co., Ltd also imports and distributes other high-quality Japanese products including: MITSUBISHI air conditioners and KANSAI color paint.
