Battambang Authority Provides 61 Land Lots for People in City

Battambang authority has provided 61 land lots and houses ​through a lucky draw for people in the city who have no proper residences, according to Battambang Administration on 24 May 2022.

The lots providing for people are located in Lor Ith Village, Sangkat Prek Preah Sdech, Battambang City, Battambang Province, which is under the cooperation between Battambang authority and Habitat for Humanity Cambodia.

Battambang governor HE Sok Lu said people living in disorganized residences will have proper settlements from these registered land lots.

Battambang must be no more disorganized buildings that affect public order, increasing waste that is hard to solve for the people living, he added, citing organizing buildings in Battambang city is to put Battambang province in order to be a smart city in the future.
