According to the Chairwoman of PPSEZ Lok Chumteav Oknha Lim Chhiv Ho, the objective of the housing project is to help support low-income earners in Cambodia to have decent housing. The project will give priority to PPSEZ workers. However, low-income earners from outside PPSEZ are also eligible to purchase units.

In response, H.E Chea Sophara has shown strong support for the project as it can help not only the lower-income earners with decent housing, but also shows that the construction sector in Cambodia continues to grow.
