The road’s rehabilitation includes constructing four lanes, two in each direction, with an 11-meter width and 8 cm thick asphalt concrete (AC) pavement on a 10-meter width. This road plays a strategic role in connecting NR 21B and NR 21, linking Phnom Penh to the Cambodia-Vietnam border at Chrey Thom-Long Binh. Additionally, it connects with NR 14, leading to Neak Leung Bridge in Prey Veng Province, and further to the Cambodia-Vietnam border at Kham Sam-Vinh Soeung, integrating into the broader road network in the region.
