The construction of National Road 10, stretching over 197.36 kilometres, has been officially completed, marking a significant milestone in the region’s infrastructure development. The road is now fully operational and has undergone a thorough inspection by a team of skilled technicians to ensure its longevity and adherence to technical standards.

A detailed assessment was conducted on 21 May 2025, led by HE Khan Maner, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, and Project Director. He was accompanied by representatives from the CRBC construction team and Guangzhou Van An Technical Consulting Company. The inspection was a crucial step ahead of the upcoming handover ceremony.

HE Khan Maner expressed gratitude to all involved departments for their diligent efforts and commended the construction company for their work. He emphasised the need to complete remaining tasks, including the installation of essential traffic signs and road markings, urging that these be executed accurately and within the next three months to facilitate smoother travel for citizens.

National Road 10 begins at PK35+900 on National Road 57-7 in Kanchang village, Sung commune, Samlot district, Battambang province. The route traverses through Pramoy commune, Veal Veng district, Pursat province, concluding at PK1+700 on National Road 48 (Old) in Smach Meanchey Sangkat, Khemarak Phumin city, Koh Kong province.

Designed as a Grade III double-layer asphalt (DBST) road, National Road 10 measures 9 metres in width and was constructed over a span of 66 months, beginning on 18 December 2019.
