Ring Road 3 is temporarily open and will be officially inaugurated on August 3

Ring Road 3, a vital infrastructure project in Cambodia, is set to bolster connectivity and drive economic growth in the country. The road construction has reached its completion milestone, and a temporary opening is currently in effect. The official inauguration is scheduled for August 3, 2023, with the esteemed presence of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, as announced by HE Heang Sotheayut, spokesman for the Ministry of Public Works and Transport.

Spanning a total length of 52.983 kilometers, Ring Road 3 traverses the provinces of Kandal and Phnom Penh.
