On 26th March 2023, Royal Hong Lai Huot One Company Limited announced the groundbreaking ceremony for the Royal Group Platinum Condo, a detached aerial villa built to Singaporean standards and management. The development’s fully equipped condominium is designed differently from typical real estate market expectations.
