USD30m Penthouse Residence Tops Out With 70 Percent Sold

The management and engineering team of The Penthouse Residence Condo project presided over the topping out ceremony for the completion of the building structure on March 29 and confirmed that the project would be fully completed by the end of 2018.

Located in the heart of Phnom Penh’s fast-growing riverside commune along Sothearos Boulevard in front of Sofitel Phokeethra Hotel and Aeon Mall, the Penthouse is 36 storeys high with a total of 458 units, and is ranked as a 5-star condominium.

“Since breaking ground in 2016, we have seen very good feedback from buyers. At this stage, more than 70 percent of the project has already been sold, of which 50 percent of the buyers are foreigners and 50 percent are Khmer,” the project owner Okhna Lee Hong told AKP News.

“The selling point of this project is the location and the luxurious design plus the variety of amenities to fit the modern lifestyle of the residents such as a swimming pool, gym, sky bar, and a fancy restaurant. More importantly, the price is reasonable,” he added.

According Okhna Lee Meng, due the good feedback of this USD30 million worth, he is now seeking another location in Phnom Penh to invest in a second project in response to the current strong demand for high quality condos in the market.
