Siem Reap Provincial Administration Initiates Free Complimentary Bus Service to Thmey Run Ta Ek, Enhancing Community Mobility

In a strategic move to enhance community mobility, the Siem Reap Provincial Administration has announced the launch of a complimentary public transport bus service from Siem Reap to Run Ta Ek Techo Sen and vice versa, effective 15 February.

This initiative, per an official announcement dated 12 February 2024, is aimed at facilitating the travel of individuals who have chosen to relocate from the Angkor resort area to the Run Ta Ek development zone for employment and livelihood opportunities.

The Siem Reap Provincial Administration is set to kick off the pilot phase on 15 February 2024. The departure points include the parking lot at Siem Reap Riverside Gymnasium in Siem Reap and the parking lot at the Run Ta Ek Techo Sen market in the Run Ta Ek Development Area.
