The Techo Santepheap Museum in Siem Reap, a key component of the initiative, will be a remarkable structure measuring 108 meters by 108 meters at its base, with a diagonal span of 52 meters, reaching a height of 17 meters. This two-story building, covering an expansive area exceeding 15,000 square meters, will stand as the largest anti-personnel mine-shaped structure globally.

Positioned on a 12-hectare site in Trapeang Thom commune, Bakong district, Siem Reap province, close to Siem Reap Angkor Thmey International Airport and National Road 6A, the museum will serve as a national heritage site. It aims to provide visitors, both national and international, with insights into the efforts of Samdech Hun Sen towards ending war and promoting peace in Cambodia.

The allocated funds will also contribute to the construction of a training facility at the Mine Action Technical Institute in Kampong Chhnang Province. This facility will encompass a meeting hall with a 400-person capacity, a two-story school building featuring 10 rooms, two dormitories accommodating 120 participants, and a restaurant. The facility will be equipped with essential resources, including computers, TVs, study materials, desks, and chairs, enhancing the training infrastructure for mine action efforts.
