By Q2 2022, Landed Property Prices Fall, Compared to Q1 of 2022

As of the second quarter of 2022, the property prices of four types of houses have decreased compared to the first quarter of 2022, according to a webinar organised by CBRE Cambodia on 07 July 2022.

In the second quarter, flat house prices fell by 2.7% with average prices of between US$500 to US$1,000 per square metre. The price of link houses fell by 2% with average prices of between US$500 to US$1,000 per square metre.

Meanwhile, shophouse prices fell by 1.7% with an average price of between US$1,000 to US$1,500 per square metre.

Lastly, twin villas prices fell by 4.9%, with an average prices of between US$1,000 to US$1,500 per square metre.

However, more than 1,700 houses in Phnom Penh were completed in Q2, accounting for 37% of the total expected supply in 2022.
