According to the report, Cambodia’s water supply capacity has seen a substantial increase of 32%, from approximately 309 million cubic metres in 2018 to around 460 million cubic metres in 2023. The Ministry of Industry has also launched a comprehensive master plan on water supply aimed at achieving 100% clean water coverage by 2030. This initiative is designed to promote the provision of clean water services that are of high quality, safe, sustainable, and affordable.
