Since its establishment in 2011, the CCA has played a vital role in promoting the growth of the construction sector in Cambodia. The association is governed by elected board members, chosen every five years by its members. Currently, Lok Neak Oknha Dr. Pung Keav Se, the Chairman of Canadia Bank and Overseas Cambodia Investment Corporation (OCIC), leads the CCA, reflecting his ongoing dedication to elevating the organization’s mission.
