Land Ministry HQ to Move to New Location This Month, Ahead of Official Inauguration

The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) headquarters will move to a new location in Sen Sok district on 15 March, while the official inauguration will take place in April as planned, according to the Ministry’s announcement on the morning of 03 March.

The ministry will relocate from Monivong Blvd in Sangkat Boeung Trabek to the new location on Street 307 in Sen Sok district.

The construction of this new headquarters began in January 2020. Being built on 3 hectares of land, this new building will have a total area of 50,000 square metres on 5 floors, and is divided into two parts; the ministry building and the laboratory.

PM Samdech Hun Sen said on January 22, 2021, that he will inaugurate the new ministry building on 04 April.
