PM Hun Sen to Inaugurate Stueng Trang-Krouch Chmar Bridge in December

Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen will preside over the inauguration ceremony of the Stueng Trang-Krouch Chmar Bridge on 07 December, according to the Kampong Cham Provincial Administration.

Kampong Cham Governor HE Un Chanda said during a site inspection on 13 November that the construction of the bridge is almost 100% complete, with the inauguration ceremony to be held in December.

Located in Trapeang Kak commune, Stueng Trang district of Kampong Cham province, the bridge is 1,131 metres long, 13.5 metres wide, and constructed with a budget of US$57 million, comprising a loan from China plus government budget.

After the ground was broken on 09 February 2018, upon completion, the bridge will promote the development and economic growth in Kampong Cham, as well as facilitate the travel and transportation of agricultural products of local people.
