Us$50 Million Chinese-funded Hospital in Tboung Khmum to Break Ground Soon

A US$50 million Chinese-funded hospital project in Tboung Khmum Province is scheduled break ground in March, according to a report from Tboung Khmum Municipality.

The discussion on the groundbreaking date was discussed in the meeting between Tboung Khmum provincial governor H.E. Cheam Chan Sophorn and related agencies on 20 February.

According to H.E. Sophorn, the groundbreaking is set to be held on 1 March at the Tboung Khmum Municipality facilities, which will be held in honour of Cambodia Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen.

Three years after Tboung Khmum province was officially established, the province has seen remarkable development especially in infrastructure. One of the mega construction projects was the Tboung Khmum Provincial Hall and other related facilties which were were officially inaugurated in 2017.
