Exclusive Interview: Changes in land price in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville

Mr Soon Reap, CEO of Key Real Estate Co.Ltd and real estate specialist recently told Construction Property Magazine about the significant growth of the land prices in several provinces and cities such as Siem Reap, Sihanoukville and Phnom Penh.

In addition, he also forecasts about the potential and the upsurge of construction and real estate industry in Cambodia within the next 10 to 20 years.
