Kampong Chhnang Authorities to Strengthen Controls on Divided Land Plot Businesses

Kampong Chhnang Governor HE Sun Sovannarith has urged community-based authorities to collect data and update the numbers of divided land plot development businesses throughout the province, to be able to enforce a better management system.

HE Sun Sovannarith gave the order while chairing a meeting with relevant officers to discuss divided land plot development on Monday 12 July.

The meeting mainly focused on educating the local authorities on the laws and the relevant guidelines so that they can implement them properly on the local level.

HE Sun Sovannarith said relevant authorities must provide services with transparency, quality and legitimacy equally for both developers and customers.

“Besides, all local officers must also always follow the district and commune land user plans to ensure sustainable development,” he added.
