Koh Kong to Distribute Land Titles to People Under Union Development Land Exchange

The Koh Kong Provincial Administration will distribute land titles to people who have received compensation from Union Development Co Ltd in Ta Noun and Thmor Sor communes, Botum Sakor district, Koh Kong province.

According to the announcement of the provincial administration issued on 08 June, the villagers in Thmor Sor and Ta Nuon communes, Botum Sakor district, Koh Kong province, who own the land and have agreed to accept the compensation from the Union Development Co Ltd will get their land titles from 09 June.

Distribution of land titles will be held at the office of land management, urban planning, construction, and land in Kien Kralanh village, P’nhey Meas commune, Kirisakor district, Koh Kong province during working hours.

Union Development Group (UDG), the Chinese developer​ is the owner of Koh Kong province’s $3.8 billion tourism project called Dara Sakor.

The under-construction Dara Sakor International Airport is also under the investment project. (Read more)
