MLMUPC Amends Article 3 of Prakas No. 013 to Facilitate Applications for Construction Permits

The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction amended the seventh and eighth points in Article 3 of Prakas No. 013 dated 20 January 2022 on the form and context of construction permits.

According to Prakas No. 096 dated 22 June 2022, the new revision aims to facilitate applying procedures for a construction permit as follows:

• New 7th point: Cadastral Certificate refers to the documents provided by the General Department of Cadastral and Geography that show the location of the land and other information about the land, including the type, legal status, physical characteristics, and responsibilities on the land-based on the documents and Land Registry Book.
• New 8th point: Land Certificate refers to the document provided by the General Department of Cadastral and Geography showing a lot of land, the plot of the area, the owner of the land, the location of the land, the size of the land, and the boundary point.
