New Prince Mall in Sihanoukville Opens

Sihanoukville Deputy Governor Kong Vitanak presided over the soft opening of another new mall in Sihanoukville, the Prince Mall on 01 October​.

Located in Sangkat 2, Sihanoukville, the project is an investment by Prince Huan You Real Estate Cambodia Group Co. Ltd and built on a total an area of ​​50,000 sqm.

The mall comprises of modern retail, world-class food, high-end entertainment, family-run trials and daily necessities, as well as branded goods with more than 120 famous shops.

Deputy Governor Kong expressed his full support for the shopping mall project saying it was a sign of good diplomacy between Cambodia and China, and also a force boosting Sihanoukville’s economy.

Prince Huan You Real Estate Cambodia Group Co. Ltd​ is a subsidiary of the giant Chinse development group in Cambodia, Prince Real Estate Group. The firm owns a number of large-scale projects including the Prince International Plaza, the 37-storey mixed-use development Prince Central Plaza, the 27-storey mixed-use development Prince Modern Plaza, and the 19-storey Diamond One residence on Koh Pich, among others.
