The Government’s commitment to safeguarding Cambodia’s natural resources remains unwavering.

In a firm tone, the PM called upon wealthy and influential figures who may be associated with the perpetrators or who benefit from illegal logging to cease their involvement immediately. The Government stands resolute in its intolerance towards such unlawful practices and will take decisive action to curb any illicit activities.

In his closing appeal, PM Hun Sen appealed the people of Cambodia to uphold the law and respect the boundaries of state land, recognizing it as a precious national asset.
