Showcase comprehensive SE Asia seaside resort breaks ground in Sihanoukville

Prince Real Estate Group (Cambodia) on 1 August broke ground on The Prince Tian Xi Wan project—the first comprehensive seaside resort of its kind in Cambodia and Southeast Asia.

Located in Sangkat Bey, Sihanoukville, the Prince Tian Xi Wan has a total building area of over 300,000 square metres, covering a series of facilities including an international commercial plaza, boutique hotel apartments to 5-star and super luxury 5-star hotels.

According to an announcement from Prince Real Estate, the Prince Tian Xi Wan is being built to provide customers with top-level all-round services.

Beside this gigantic project, the firm has also recently completed construction on another milestone project in Sihanoukville, the luxury five-star hotel Prince Times Hotel, which is scheduled to open in September this year (Read more).

Established in 2015, Prince Real Estate Group (Cambodia) has engaged heavily in developing both commercial and residential property and now owns more than 5 million square metres of land for both current and future development. Recently, the company announced its 10-year master plan with an estimated investment of at least US$6 billion to develop properties in Cambodia (Read more).

In just Sihanoukville alone, the company holds multiple projects such as the mix-used building Prince IT Building, Prince Collinan Bay, Prince City Center, Prince Smart Town, and Prince Koh Takeiv.
