Tourism City, a Stunning Project by Canadia Group Showcases a Modern Lifestyle in the Heart of Siem Reap

Tourism City, is a stunning showcase of modern lifestyles located to the east of Siem Reap city which was launched last December. Developed by the Canadia Group and financed by Canadia Bank Plc, the project is one of the biggest in the tourism capital of Cambodia.

Stretching over 66 hectares of land along National Road No. 6 next to Makro shopping mall Siem Reap, Tourism City is the result of a US$200 million investment. Integrated with a green concept, the project features over 3, 000 units comprising of shop-houses, single villas, twin villas, link villas, a market, school, playground, garden, and fitness centre which combine to create the most modern of living lifestyles.

Operated over 12 months period, Tourism City has successfully launched the 5th phase, which has 133 of shop house and continues sharply for opening next phases. By mid of June-2018, Tourism City had officially handed-over Phase I to resident and had already move in. The 2nd phase will be moving in by first semester of 2019.
