Win-Win Memorial Parks 94% Complete

The Win-Win Memorial Parks project is now 94% complete and is scheduled for full completion in November, further to a site inspection by General Commissioner of the National Police General Neth Savoeun on 22 September.

The completed parts include the construction of the foundations, the structure of the memorial, the decoration with Khmer traditional styling, as well as the placement of copper statues.

General Neth Savoeun said that this memorial represents social security provided by the two core forces of the Cambodian government.

The statue is 10 metres high and built on a total area of over 700 sqm. Meanwhile, the entire memorial park is square with an 8.5-metre-tall tower.

The whole project includes the four parks such as the National Defence Park, the Peace-Keeping Park, the Public Social Security Park, and the Win-Win Architectural Park. (Read more)
