27 hectares of land in Kampot to Become Province’s First Golf Course

Local Real Estate Developer Forest Harmony has recently launched its the Golf Harmony project, which is the transformation of a 27.3-hectare land plot in Tuek Chhou district into luxury condominiums, villas, and first-ever golf course in Kampot province.

Located in Prey Thnong commune about 18 km from Kampot city, the project comprises of 9-holes golf course, four blocks of five-stories condominiums, and other private villas. Meanwhile, the construction is scheduled to complete in the next two years.

According to the firm, this project is the second phase after the development of the first phase has been almost 60% sold out.

“The idea of developing a second home and villa for leisure is a new trend that is gaining momentum in Cambodia,” said Chrek Soknim, Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA).

“Many developers are currently looking good locations to build those kinds of holiday villas, of which coastal and mountainous areas have become very popular. Thus, the potential provinces could be Sihanoukville, Koh Kong, Mondulkiri, Pursat, and others,” he added.
