A courtesy call between Mr. Tse Ping, Vice Chairman of CP Group, and Samdech Hun Manet, held during the “Third Belt and Road Forum” in Beijing, marked a pivotal moment in Cambodia’s path to becoming an economic powerhouse in the Southeast Asian region.
