Beulah’s STH BNK Project to become Australia’s Tallest Building with US$2bn Investment

Beulah, a prominent developer, has been given the green light by the Victorian government to proceed with the STH BNK project, which will be Australia’s tallest building upon completion. The $2bn project will consist of two towers, with the first one towering over the nation’s current tallest skyscraper, the Q1 building, at a height of 366 metres, while the other will be 288 metres tall.

The development, set to begin construction next year and be completed in five years, will include apartments, offices, a luxury hotel with 302 rooms, a conference and entertainment centre, a health precinct, and 6,000 square metres of green space. The project will also feature a rooftop garden on the 102nd floor.

The project will provide a major boost to Melbourne’s economy and tourism sector, as well as creating thousands of jobs during its construction and operation phases. Moreover, the development will serve as an iconic landmark and contribute to the city’s skyline.
