Bluebell signs MoU with Oxley to Manage the Peak Mall

Leading Asian Omni brand operator Bluebell Trading Pte. Ltd has recently signed an MoU with Oxley Gem (Cambodia) Co., Ltd to manage the Peak shopping mall project, according to a press release from the company on 24 December.

Ashley Micklewright, CEO of Bluebell Group said, “We are delighted to partner with Oxley-Worldbridge in Cambodia, and look forward to delivering one of Asia’s new destination malls.”

“The core of our business, as a brand curator and operator, is understanding when, where, how and what our customers want. Having brought in key global brands into Asia and managed them for over six decades across ten markets,” he added.

Bluebell Group has pioneered building successful brands in Asia since 1954. As Asia’s partner of choice, Bluebell Group is present in Japan, South Korea, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, Macau SAR, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand with 1,000 points-of-sale and US$2.5b in turnover.

Meanwhile, The Peak Mall consists of five-storeys with a Gross Floor Area (GFA) excluding car park of about 40,000 square metres and a Net Lettable Area (NLA) of about 24,000 square metres.

The mall is positioned as an integral component of The Peak Project, a high-end 55-storey integrated development in Chamkarmon District, central Phnom Penh owned by Singapore-based developer Oxley, in partnership with Cambodian company Worldbridge Land. (Read more)
