Cambodia, Korea Collaborate on Master Plan for Smart Transportation System in Cambodia

The Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) has partnered with the KRIHS Institute of the Republic of Korea to develop a master plan for an intelligent transportation system in Cambodia which started with the organization of a workshop at the Ministry of Public Works on 26-27 July 2022.

The workshop was led by Mr. Kong Sophal, Deputy Director General and Representative of the Director General of the General Department of Land Transport, Ministry of Public Works, and Transport, and the KRIHS Institute of the Republic of Korea.

The main purpose of organizing this workshop was to develop a smart transportation system in Cambodia, as well as increase transportation efficiency.
