CDC Approves Four Major Projects Worth US$65.4m in Three Provinces

The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) has given permits to four private firms to invest US$65.4 million to establish four factories in Kampong Speu, Kandal and Svay Rieng provinces. 

These private companies include: 

“AROMA SUCCESS GARMENT CO., LTD”, which will invest US$36.6 million to establish a garment factory located in Taing Sno village, Tum Por Meas commune, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Speu province. 

“TECHNOMATE (CAMBODIA) TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD”, which will invest US$10 million to establish a factory to produce mobile lamps, solar lights, plastic materials and repair equipment (steel screws, screws …), located in Svay Rieng Gigarris Special Economic Zone, Svay Rieng province. 

“TECHNOMATE (CAMBODIA) PRECISION METAL CO., LTD”, will invest US$10 million to build a factory to produce light bulbs, solar lamps and electrical equipment located in the Svay Rieng Gigaris Special Economic Zone, Svay Rieng province. 

“QI HENG XIN FACTORY CO., LTD”, will invest US$8.8million to establish a shoe and bag factory located on National Road 21, Lot 2787, Area A, Toul Krasaing village, Sangkat Roka Khpos, Takhmao city, Kandal province. 

According to the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), the four new projects will create 7,588 jobs.
