CDC Approves Three Investment Projects Worth US$18m in Kandal & Takeo Provinces

The Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC) has given permits for three private firms to invest a total of US$18 million to establish three factories in Takeo and Kandal provinces. 

“NEW TARGET FOOTWEAR (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD” will invest US$7.5 million to establish a shoe factory in Tipat village, Cheang Tong commune, Tram Kak district, Takeo province. 

“GOLDEN ISLAND GARMENTS (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD” will invest US$5.4 million to establish a garment factory in Prey Mean village, Prey Pouch commune, Ang Snoul district, Kandal province. 

“JIN LONG QUAN (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD” will invest US$5.1 million to establish a factory to produce accessories, clothes, shoes, bags and hats, located in Koh Kor village, Sangkat Roka Khpos, Takhmao City, Kandal province. 

According to the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), the three new projects will create 4,956 jobs.
