Chinese Firm Announces Construction Plan for High-end Residential Building

A Chinese real estate firm has announced their development plan for a high-end residential building called the R & F Glory, according to a post on the Ministry of Information’s (MoI )facebook post on 28 September, 2018.

R & F Properties has announced a US$700 million investment for a 174-metre high, 57-storey building on 8 hectares of land in the south of Phnom Penh.

According to the same source, the R & F Glory project is in response to the rising population in the capital while also capitalising on the increasing demand for luxury residential facilities.

The Ministry of Information facebook post​ also added that, as the ambassador to R & F Glory, famous Cambodian singer Ms Ouk Sokun Kanha claimed that the new residential building will be different from other residential projects in Phnom Penh because it will be equipped with luxurious furniture and other attractive features.

R & F Properties is one of the top 10 leading companies in China, and so far has the company had developed around 220 residential buildings in 70 cities across the globe.
