Construction of Chom Chao Flyover Set for Completion by March 2022

Construction of the US$22-million overpass and underpass in the Chom Chao area is set for completion by March next year, according to the Department of Public Works and Transports of Phnom Penh on Friday 22 August.

To date, the construction has reached approximately 80% completion, with some parts already opened for public usage.

With ground broken in 2018, the Chom Chao flyover and underpass are being implemented by OCIC, which will 30 months to be completed.

After completion, the Chom Chao flyover will be the sixth flyover in the capital after Psar Dey Huy, Kbal Thnal, Stueng Mean Chey, 7 Makara, and 5 Makara.
