Fortune Tower Tops Out With 70 Percent of Units Sold

The Olympia City management team held a topping out event last week to announce the completion of the Fortune Tower (C7) building.

“This topping out completes the building construction. However, the interior has yet to be completed. We are working hard to make the project fully complete and ready to move in by 2019,” said Planning Manager Jang Hong Suk.

“At this stage, C7 has been 70 percent sold out already and so far we have seen a lot of interest from buyers,” he added.

C7 will serve as an international standard Small Office Home Office (SOHO), which is the unique selling point for this building where buyers can use their units as their home and their office as well.

The Fortune Tower, or C7 building, is part of the Olympia City complex being developed by the Overseas Cambodia Investment Corporation (OCIC), which began construction in 2013 on more than 6.5 hectares of land with an investment value of more than USD500 million.

Located in the heart of city nearby Neang Kong Hing roundabout, the Olympia City complex comprises hotels, condos, offices and shopping malls.
