Booyoung Group Generously Grants 25 Tourist Buses to Kampong Speu Provincial Administration

In a heartwarming gesture, Booyoung Group has contributed 25 state-of-the-art tourist passenger buses (each with 20 seats) to the Kampong Speu Provincial Administration. The announcement, made by HE Vy Samnang, Governor of Kampong Speu Province, on 25 September 2023, marks a significant step in strengthening transportation facilities in the province.

This altruistic endeavour is part of Booyoung Group’s broader commitment to Cambodia’s development. Their subsidiary, Booyoung Khmer II Co., Ltd., has undertaken the exceptional initiative to provide a total of 1,000 new and modern buses as a special gift to the Cambodian government, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

The remarkable contribution will be executed in three phases. In 2023, the first batch of 400 vehicles will be delivered, followed by an additional 300 units in 2024, and the remaining 300 units in 2025. (Read more)

Moreover, Booyoung Group has previously demonstrated their dedication to Cambodia’s welfare by generously donating 200 public buses to the Phnom Penh Capital Hall. These buses were instrumental in facilitating the movement of people, especially during the improved phases of the COVID-19 pandemic.

It’s worth noting that Booyoung Khmer II Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Booyoung Group, a distinguished conglomerate from the Republic of Korea, has been actively investing in Cambodia since 2007.
