Mong Reththy Group Builds Large-Scale Animal Feed Processing Plant in SHV

M’s Pig ACMC Cambodia, a subsidiary of the Mong Reththy Group, broke ground on a new large-scale animal feed processing factory located in Prey Nob district in Sihanoukville.

Once launched, the factory will be able to produce approximately 18,000 tons per month and will help farmers by collecting agricultural products as raw materials for processing.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on 11 November in the presence of Mong Reththy Group President Okhna Dr Mong Reththy.

The new animal feed processing factory is located along NR 4, Monorom village, Ta Nay commune, Prey Nob district, Sihanoukville.

The company said that the new plant will spend about US$42 million a year on buying farmers’ agricultural products. Meanwhile, the existing factory is also currently spending about US$21 million buying local products.

Upon completion of the new plant by 2023, both factories will buy about US$63 million of farmers’ agricultural products per year.
