New Fence at Front of Council of Ministers 70% Complete

A 1-km-long traditional design concrete fence located in front of the Council of Ministers, on Russian Blvd. from the Total gas station to the Neak Voan stoplight is almost complete.

Mr Moeung Ponlok of the Phnom Penh City Hall said on 11 November that the project is 70% complete and is divided into two phases.

The first phase is 650 metres long and 2 metres high and currently under construction, starting from the Total gas station to road R6 (Two deer traffic lights). The second phase is 437 metres long, starting from R6 (Two deer traffic light) until Neak Voan pagoda traffic lights.

Mr Moeung added that the stone fence together with the new walkway would help improve the beauty of Phnom Penh as Russian Blvd is one of the main roads in Phnom Penh.
