Premier Land Sen Sok Phase Ii 90 Percent Sold Out

The Premier Land Sen Sok Avenue development has seen 90 percent of Phase II already sold following the swift selling out Phase I even before the ground breaking ceremony in January.

With an investment value of approximately USD92 million by L.Y.P group, the current project consists of two phases building a total of 271 shop houses. Each shop house is 4-storeys high, 4 metres wide and 23 metres long. Each of the multi-purpose buildings can be used as a residence, home office, restaurant, store or coffee shop.

“The location is the unique selling point of this project. Located in the high potential area of Sen Sok, the Premier Land is surrounded by many big projects such as the second Aeon mall, Makro, the giant construction materials supplier Global House, as well as the upcoming Sen Sok Convention and Exhibition Center,” said the Project Manager Mean Samol.

“These factors will make the Premier Land become a new business district in Phnom Penh city. Currently, the whole of phase one is sold out, while phase two is more than 90 percent sold,” he added.

Following the ground breaking ceremony in January, the project is slated to finish construction by the first quarter of 2019.

“As we have seen the good feedback from the first two phases, L.Y.P is also planning to invest in the third and fourth phases as well as several other projects in the area in the near future as well,” said Mr Samol.
