Prince Holding Group Headquarters Building in Cambodia Wins Luban Award

The China Construction Industry Association has recently announced the winners for the 2020 China Construction Engineering Luban Award (Overseas Projects), for which Prince Holding Group Headquarters was also on list.

Located in Koh Pich, Phnom Penh, this project was built by China Construction Fourth Engineering Division (Cambodia) Corp., Ltd and is the first 5A class modern building in Cambodia.

The sophisticated multi-functional design features an office building, reception, conference room, and sales office. Besides the unique design, the architects and engineer have also adopted eco-friendly technology making the building energy-effective.

The Luban Award is the highest award for construction quality in China under the guidance of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the China Construction Industry Association, and is known as the “Oscar of the Chinese construction field”.
