Ring Road 4 Study Still Under Revision

The study of Ring Road 4 is still being revised at this stage, after the private firm submitted their completed result in October last year, according to the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT) spokesman Vasim Sorya.

HE Sorya said on 25 February that the Ministry has yet to conclude anything at this point, as more revisions are needed from both sides.

“The ministry is still studying the result after the firm submitted it last year. After the ministry review, the firm still needs to revise the report,” said HE Sorya.

MPWT did request China Road and Bridge Corporation to study this Ring Road 4 project in 2018, and the firm concluded the study in October 2020. (Read more)

Based on the October study, the Ring Road 4 is 195km in length, crossing four provinces –Kampong Speu, Takeo, Kandal, and Prey Veng, of which it passes by three districts in Kampong Speu province, a district in Takeo, 8 districts in Kandal province, and two districts in Prey Veng province.
