The Russey Keo District Authority will provide lots in Preaek O Veng Development Area to people by lucky draw on 28 July, who are living along the railway track, affected by the construction of the new concrete road in Sangkat Kiloumaetr Lekh Prammuoy, Sangkat Russey Keo and Sangkat Tuol Sangke I, Russey Keo district, Phnom Penh.

According to an announcement on 27 July 2022, the event will happen on 29 July 2022 at 8 am in the morning in Wat Toul Sonte Wan (Wat Toul Ors Luk) for the affected people to get lots in Preaek O Veng Development Area in Boeng Salang Village, Sangkat Russey Keo, Russey Keo district, Phnom Penh.

Therefore, people who are staying along the railway track must participate in the lottery directly with their ID card, residence book, family book, and other relevant documents.
