The ambitious construction project of Techo Takhmao International Airport, a Class 4F facility with an initial investment of USD 1.5 billion, is now 82% complete, according to AMS Central media on 27 August 2024.

After the completion of the construction phase in October, plans are underway to equip the airport with advanced technical and technological equipment, aiming for a grand opening by the end of the first half of 2025.
